It appears that MS is still pushing out a driver not compatible with the 1607 build.
I've pulled the latest update for the driver through device manager and I've also completely uninstalled and reinstalled the driver. I just installed the Anniversary Update on my gaming PC and now I get a BSOD anytime I go to connect to a 5GHz wireless network.
